What types of moves do you handle?We specialize in local and regional moves, residential moves, commercial moves, and junk hauling/removal.

What is a Bill of Lading?The Bill of Lading (BOL) is the contract between you and the mover. Like any contract, it is your responsibility to read it before you sign it.

What types of Insurance will I be offered?There are two types of insurance that we offer. The first is a Released Value Protection, which is required by law and doesn't cost you anything. The mover responsible for no more than $0.60 (or 60 cents) per pound per article. The second option is the Full Value Protection, which must be purchased, where we are responsible for the replacement value of lost or damaged goods in your entire shipment.

How far in advance should I book my move?We recommend you book your move a month in advance, to ensure availability especially during peak moving seasons.

What do I need to do to prepare for the move?Make sure all boxes are properly packed and labeled, valuables are secured, furniture is disassembled, any appliances unplugged or disconnected, and there is parking access for the truck/trucks. What are your rates?Our rates start at $150.00/hr. Other fees added on include a truck/mileage fee, comprehensive insurance, packing materials, and specialty item fee.

Do I need to be present during the move?The customer or a representative acting on behalf of the customer must be present during the move.

What are your hours?We are open Monday through Saturday, 9am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays and nationally recognized holidays.
